@UPS_UK Ridiculous service!! Waited for a delivery. Apparently delivery was attempted then said on way to local collection point. Never reached collection point. Apparently tried to deliver again but didn’t get no updates now says back to sender!! UPS can you please resolve this

@feeepp52 I've just spent a torturous hour trying to set it up for my husband. Couldn't get the app on his phone so did it on a laptop. Photo id, face scans, what a nightmare. Think we've done it now.

I've applied for covid pass letters through NHS. Does anyone know how long they take to come through?

Husband is trying to renew his driving licence online. Given all the relevant information but unable to renew. Message received It has not been possible to use your passport photo on your driving licence as DVLA have been unable to confirm your identity online. Chat not working
