Was just over in the Steenbergs packing area and saw (and smelt) our wonderful organic dried rose petals from Bulgaria. They come from the same cooperative that create our traditional organic Rose water. These roses are edible. What would be favourite use? #edibleflower #organic

Pancakes yesterday were Yumski. I followed a BBC Good Food recipe “pancakes for one” as Steve is away. Topped with ricotta from Magdalen Cheese & Provisions and apricot jam. 🥞🍑🧡
