@stumarshall91 Hi Stuart, wild salmon season in the UK is normally July and August, but there hasn’t been a wild salmon season in over 3 years now. And we don’t so sell frozen Alaskan salmon for several reasons. So basically, yes, our fresh salmon at the moment is Scottish farmed.

We will remember them.

Had this idea knocking around for a while now. Beef-fat scallop, lardo, chorizo crumb, charred onion. And an alternative plating with samphire.

Today I decided that I prefer sheep in brown and peered into a posh fish shop window.
