When districts say things like… —No-Zero Grading —Unlimited Retakes & —Late Work Accepted Without Penalty What they are really saying is… —We are okay with compromising academic rigor —We are okay with making grading less reflective of actual performance & —We are okay with diminishing students’ accountability for their learning

@FixingEducation Your more fixated on compliance rather than the learning. Grading on a 100 pt scale is subjective instead of a reflection of the actual learning taking place. You can still have high expectations as well as embrace the process of learning and growth
