@elijahliststeve How many times is Trump going to play the NATO card? If the team leader threatens to undermine the alliance every time he gets frustrated, it is practically dead anyway. Just make up your mind! Are you in or are you out?

We have assisted Europe for many many decades and been there for them whenever they needed us. But suddenly they are not interested in helping us when WE have needs. Not even token help. So it's time to move out! They HAD a good thing going and never appreciated it. Just presumed on our financial and military help. . . . Time for us to leave them alone to fend for themselves! Wish it had a better conclusion.

🚨 LMAO! Residents near Ramstein Air Base in Germany that houses American troops are PANICKING — realizing that their Chancellor bad-mouthing and abandoning the U.S. was a HORRIBLE MOVE That’s what happens when Donald Trump is President 🔥 Our “allies” should learn to BE ALLIES or TOUGH LUCK! 🇺🇸

You want Iran to have nuclear weapons and hold all the gulf nations hostage with terrorism is stupidity. Then again, I have to remember you want open borders and woke LGBTQ pedophile indoctrination schools with gender affirming care behind the parents backs and drag queen prostitute shows? You also want a de industrialized, open border net zero carbon tax communist “utopia” in America too. No wonder you want an Iran with nukes? Europe is getting there under EU policies, you should move the, they share your suicidal ideologies. China is a good place for you too.

Trump will go to history as the president who has caused the US the most harm. Losing any sense of foreign policy strategy. Alienating everybody but a few dictators. Wasting US military resources on petty issues. The big question: Is this treason or stupidity?
Mia 🇺🇸@MiaForTrump

In just over a year, Trump has made the US weaker, poorer, less respected, and dangerously overstretched. It will take decades to rebuild the standing he has completely destroyed. Raise your hand ✋ if you think Donald Trump is a disaster for America.

@BravoCastle7 @Hamiltonstears @nicksortor Churchill asked for US troops, but the US maintained strict neutrality. Germany’s declaration of war dragged the US into the European theatre. The UK and the Soviet Union bore a heavy burden—the tide had already turned in Europe when US troops arrived in significant numbers.

@cruadin You signed the Budapest Memorandum in 1994, which provided security assurances to Ukraine in exchange for its accession to the NPT as a non-nuclear state. No EU country is a signatory to that memorandum, yet EU is now providing most of the military aid to Ukraine.

@BigData16 @EricLDaugh @DRIVETRUE8 New production American vehicles are the same if not better quality than German counterparts. The problem with our American vehicles in Germany is the cost of fuel is outrageous due to the corruption. As well as the narrow streets and extremely overbuilt cities.

🚨 JUST IN: In a massive FAFO moment, President Trump is SLAPPING 25% tariffs on the European Union's cars and trucks after they failed to abide by the trade deal Trump is going HARDBALL on the EU! "It is fully understood and agreed that, if they produce Cars and Trucks in U.S.A. Plants, there will be NO TARIFF. Many Automobile and Truck Plants are currently under construction, with over 100 Billion Dollars being invested, A RECORD in the History of Car and Truck Manufacturing." "These Plants, staffed with American Workers, will be opening soon — There has never been anything like what is happening in America today! Thank you for your attention to this matter. @Kasparov63 The U.S. presence in Europe is dominated by air, naval, logistics, command & control, and support units. Trump has been playing the NATO card whenever he’s mad. A withdrawal will hurt the US as much as it hurts Europe. This bluff is becoming hollow. Are you in or are you out?

Note the underlying stupidity behind these threats. US bases and troops around the world are there for US global force projection, not to protect Spain or Italy or whatever he thinks. America’s enemies would love it if he picked up his toys and went home.
The Bulwark@BulwarkOnline

Q: "You talked about possibly pulling out some troops of Germany. Would you be considering the same thing for Spain and Italy?" Trump: "I probably will…Italy has not been of any help to us and Spain has been horrible."

@EricLDaugh Yes, you needed help. And, no, there is nothing in the NATO treaty that obliges members to support an illegal war. NATO is built on trust. We can’t have a team leader that lies and bullies team members every day. Are you in or are you out? Make up your mind!

@GuntherEagleman → posture is as much to enable U.S. power projection into the Middle East and Africa as to defend Europe. A withdrawal would harm both Europe and the United States, and it would not reduce U.S. tax expenditures unless the withdrawn troops were actually decommissioned.

@priyaee The troops in Europe are part of the U.S. ability to project military power in other regions. It will be more expensive to move them elsewhere, where the U.S. would need to build and maintain its own bases. You will only save tax dollars if you decommission the European troops.

@Somerandoz @iluminatibot Berlin & Paris aren’t realistic, but look at the geography of the Baltic Sea. If Russia were to take control of the Baltic states, it would gain better access to the Baltic Sea and could connect the Kaliningrad enclave. The risk in Europe is political adventurism that escalates.

@tarockuhu @iluminatibot I really think you overestimate the will of the Russian people, at most I could see a Central Asian or Caucasian SMO to secure a flank but an operation to Paris or Berlin or something is pretty unrealistic

@tarockuhu @iluminatibot That’s called basic war optics lol why would you tell someone you’re thinking about invading them. Also Russia wouldn’t have the means or popular support to pointlessly invade a country that has no ethnic Russian ties. And this isn’t even according for NATO protection anyways.

@Somerandoz @iluminatibot The formal impeachment process to remove a president requires 338 votes and a court ruling. Parliament didn’t use that mechanism. They concluded that the president had abandoned his office, and the decision was supported by many members of Yanukovych’s own party.

@tarockuhu @iluminatibot Then the Parliament removed Yanukovych with 328 votes bypassing the constitutional impeachment process (needed 338 + court review). Also the CIA is known for doing coups only behest of the US this is pretty obviously in the strategic interests as of the US lol.

@Somerandoz @iluminatibot The diplomats discussed which politicians were most competent—that’s normal diplomatic work. They expressed a preference, but they didn’t elect Ukraine’s government. The $5 billion refers to total U.S. support since 1991 and wasn’t specifically connected to Euromaidan.

@Somerandoz @iluminatibot You are repeating a Russian trope. Euromaidan was a popular protest triggered when Yanukovych backed away from an association agreement with the EU; the parliament then removed him from power. There is no evidence that the CIA planned or executed a coup.
