4/4 Lesson 3: RPS care is longitudinal, not a single operation. Experience, volume, complication management, and teamwork shape outcomes over time. This work reflects 20 years of professional learning in sarcoma surgery.

3/4 Lesson 2: The biggest gain was refinement in the mgt of LMS and G3 DDLPS, and improved survival after recurrence across all histologies. This highlights the importance of multidisciplinary decisions, histology-driven strategies, and access to effective tx beyond 1st surgery.
