@tasteofally It depends on the pickle for me. I can usually only do slices and not super sour, and I try to avoid the juice, egg whites with low cal cheese (boiled or not) and a pinch of seasoned salt is better anyways 🤷‍♀️

does eating pickles not make anyone else bloat bc of the salt content ? it makes me feel terrible after eating any and makes me sad that other people can just eat them as a low cal snack 🫩
