@visakanv Found it. It starts with him box cutting the head off a fancy painting. What a hook!

@AprilynneAlter I would say something like:
"Right now I'm not able to provide additional support beyond the course lessons. If you need 1:1 support I recommend X (finding a coach, etc). I understand this may fall short of what you expected from the course. If so, I'm happy to refund you."

I need help
So I have an online, self-paced course
And I have a student who purchased the course, and who KEEPS ASKING QUESTIONS
If I give a detailed response, he'll still ask endless follow-ups
And each time he follows up, he sends a brand new email - not even in an email thread, just a brand new email
So now I have an email inbox that's just full of this guy's incessant questions
I tried boundary setting and letting him know that if he had more questions, he could pay for a "Power Hour" with me
But then he said that he was interested in that, and I *really* don't want to give this guy more access to me than he already has
I even tried refunding him the course, but he JUST REPURCHASED IT BACK
What's the move here?
It feels rude to just ghost him. And maybe I'm overreacting by not wanting to offer him a Power Hour
But man, the pure STRESS I feel each time I see his name in my inbox is just so palpable
Any advice?

@MichelleAkin I hear you! This is a channel I like in case it serves as inspo for any of the platforms you're considering.
Their shorts don't make me anxious which is rare!

And hopefully many other fun things in the future.

I'm thrilled to be working with @tatfig on a free workshop that's all about growing your community. This is for you if: - You're leading an online or IRL community and are exploring how to grow it - You have a coaching, consulting or other 1:1 service and are looking for ways to go wider with your expertise - You're building an online group and want to add an IRL event strategy (or you gather people in person and want to add an online component!) Me and my partner are wanting to read a book together — out loud, alternating chapters — as an alternative to evening Netflix.
Question is... What are some good books to read as a couple? 📚
I'm thinking...
📕 Not too dense
📗 Sparks deep convos
📘 Helps us deepen our relationship
📙 Doesn't have to be a relationship book

@ellebeecher This is so hard to navigate! I try to think of subtle ways I might help as a host.
Maybe making a quick announcement at the start about how to signal you're interested/not interested in continuing a conversation? Making sure the signals are more explicit to everyone.
English

@visakanv I've seen some vids where these big ones come in separate sections. So you have a choice at the start. You can choose to do each bag and then put it all together, or you play the real game like this person did.
English

@tatfig the separations in the plastic are arbitrary i think

i've been watching a bunch of jigsaw puzzle timelapse videos lately and i feel like i learn something just from watching them work, particularly how they partition stuff and use cardboard etc as staging areas twitter.com/DhaarmikAi/sta…
