@NBTiller Possibly, esp in untrained (who perhaps benefit most from familiarisation) though this could be mitigated with sufficient gaps between tests. I suppose a study design could/should account for this.

The use of standardised residuals/z scores are recommended to grade severity of abnormal lung function results. Arbitrary cut off values leads to misinterpretation and possibly incorrect diagnosis. If you would like help with lung function reports get in touch 👍
