@KateBurkeNHS Retention is often about the ability to take care of pts well, requires time, teamwork & simple equipment. Healthcare staff aren't in it for € but they do need a home, transport & parking & good coffee. I feel I m the oldest non-medical clinician in the hospital.

So if a woman is raped at gunpoint and becomes pregnant, the gun is the most protected party in that situation.

This makes me so angry. The old men make decisions like this but do nothing about gun law, I guess they need more humans for target practice in their schools. USA you should be ashamed. There's nothing great about you. The world should boycott you.
