I work in Telecom and have tried to refrain from posting, but this one compelled me: 1) you problem is most likely computer vs network related. From your phone, type speed test into search (assuming your phone is connected via wifi). Do a test. If still slow, switch providers. 2) if you choose Starlink, a quick search will find someone to install for a couple hundred bucks. 3) Pay a networking company to evaluate your network! It is too important if you don't know/don't want to learn about it. You should be religious about this after your hacking experience.
