@april1lxari It’s actually recommended it helps your muscles relax and contract after and reduces cramps. Eat lots of iron rich foods before and after and you won’t be tired. Coming from someone doing like 10+ miles a day in TEXAS heat

@googieeyed Whoever said waterload is praying on ur downfall because if ur doing bloodwork they will call u out. Just eat salty foods the day before, sleep late (makes your body retain water), lean a bit forward on the scale to shift the weight

@tlouspo It’s the way your brain processes the size and volume. It’s actually more so your eyes see it’s “full” -> brain interprets the signal as okay we ate two bowls not one wow it’s sooo much food

I cant understand why I’m satisfied eating for example a bowl of plain rice/pasta and on a separate plate fish/chicken and veggies on the side but I’m not satisfied if eat the same thing but all together in the same bowl?????

@xiriuszz You only burn extra calories during luteal so I restrict hard one week before and then do normal restricting during my period and exercise like normal (~15mi a day or 20k steps)

@Notapiggynomore If you went outside or were going pretty fast I would believe it. I’m pretty short and when I do my hour walk (more of a run) I burn like 300-400

A sweatset and head to the movies..probably sleep during it and then come home and chill and do the pantry and then I’ll eat like maybe a sandwich? And water. Soo much water. Like a gallon lol It’s very annoying because all I can do is WAIT

Hmmm went from 102 to 97 in a week Easy tho. Just under 1000 and burn over 700 and workout yk Whole Foods It’s rainy in Tex so it’s hard to stay busy I’ve been helping my mom get a bit on track because I’m home It’s fun throwing out all the junk in the pantry
