@april1lxari It’s actually recommended it helps your muscles relax and contract after and reduces cramps. Eat lots of iron rich foods before and after and you won’t be tired. Coming from someone doing like 10+ miles a day in TEXAS heat

@googieeyed Whoever said waterload is praying on ur downfall because if ur doing bloodwork they will call u out. Just eat salty foods the day before, sleep late (makes your body retain water), lean a bit forward on the scale to shift the weight

@mechanicalhime A ziploc bag for sure it’s way easier to dispose just dump all those bags into a black trash bag so no one can see what’s in it 👍

@aeridoll_ You can easily make it into ice cream I just do a cup of that a cup of ice cubes and a bit of banana if you can or some more ice it’s so good and fluffy in the blender

@Notapiggynomore If you went outside or were going pretty fast I would believe it. I’m pretty short and when I do my hour walk (more of a run) I burn like 300-400
