What a last 24 hours! Couldn’t be more proud of this club. From the early Emirates years of getting smoked every game to having to sell our stars. The late Wenger years of beautiful football but not getting near the summit. A Europa league final in the Emery Era with it being filled with chaos and lack of effort. But then came Arteta. Arteta came in to a burning building. Players who weren’t good enough, fans were disallusioned with the club. Overall sentiment was negative. Faced with an uphill battle he did not hide, he did not run, he battled it. He brought back the love between the fans and the club as we got better and better. There were failures along the way. Back to back 8th place, missing out on top 4 and of course a hattrick of 2nd’s. In all of that, somewhere in all of those failures the team never gave up. Reaching back to back UCL semi finals, a club record of goals, a club record of clean sheets. Finally, the promise, the wait, 22 years of pain of not being able to get it over the line, Arsenal have won the league. We go for one last trophy on the 30th. End a 140 year wait for the UCL.
