@tdewin We registreren het documentnummer van jouw identiteitsbewijs, zo kunnen we controleren of we het pakket aan de juiste persoon meegeven en of het bewijs wel echt is. Dit doen we om fraude te voorkomen bij het afhalen van pakketten.

@PostNL Nee zoals ik met jullie chat heb besproken, scant het service punt de barcode welke mijn rijksregisternr bevat. Het blijft vreemd dat bv een Deliveroo werkt met een soort eenmalige pin code (wat even goed zou werken) zonder dat ik gevoelige data moet geven.
