Dr. Sha Fanion is a leadership coach at The New Teacher Project, where she coaches principals and district leaders. Before this role, Dr. Fanion served as a district administrator, teacher, residency director, and elementary principal. At the Arkansas Department of Education, she supported districts in school improvement and monitored districts under court-mandated desegregation orders.
