@Alan_yn_Aber @MusiCog Tech and music have always been connected. It is tough to draw comparisons given our historical vantage. We tend to underappreciate the impact of the printing press in the 16th-C and the tech swirling around temperament and keyboards in the 17th-18th-Cs (for just two examples).
