@missgeog92 Panadol night - only available over the counter. I take one rather than two - gives me 5 hours rather than 3 previously, sometimes drowsy enough to fall back to sleep. No grotty feeling in the morning with one.

I’ve been unable to properly sleep for a while. I get maybe 3 hours of very broken sleep a night and waking up really anxious… I’m beginning to really feel the impact. Anyone tried anything that’s worked with helping them sleep?

@MrDarvill Started issuing them to students in 1991 - didn’t last long. Repurposed them as presentation folders 😙

@MrDavidScales Isn’t it reinforcing that university education is the way forward rather than giving examples of the the different pathways. I’d prefer to see former students highlighted - illustrating a wider range of careers.

All staff (support and teaching) will now promote university and real alternatives outside their classrooms in these new clip frames. Small thing, but it also means we can change displays and promotions each half term. Hoping it will prompt conversations that build aspiration.

@LeeAndersonMP_ Grab and calculator and do some basic maths. £32k - minus tax, rent @1200 pm, council tax, insurance, transport, utilities, student loan, phone, WiFi - how much is left?

The point here is that ANYONE (not just nurses) earning *MORE* than 30k, & are using foodbanks must have a budgeting problem. I have constituents i.e armed forces, bin men, bar staff, care workers, bus drivers, pensioners etc who can all live on less. Am I missing something ?

@sophielouisecc Wrong again. The government is evil - every single public service has been deliberately run down. Health, education etc are investments for our future - not a drain on public finances as they like to portray. Tory govt don’t care as they access private ed + health.

@Councillorsuzie Firstly the cost of pay rises is nowhere near what the Treasury says it is. Simple maths means as much as 50% of public service pay is returned in taxes.

Where on earth do all these #Strikers think extra money is coming from? Paid during Covid, massive pensions and perks but still they strike. Not good enough - the Mayor as always does nothing to help 🙄
