@Team_Optimum i have ordered and paid for a product and i am regretting it now due to the delivery issues and no point of contact to the customer service, even glanbia . And DPD service is so disappointing . It Feels like i have been looted . Learnt a lesson.

@Justo_773 Sorry about that! Our creatine containers don’t currently come with scoops, but they will soon. In the meantime, the serving size for Creatine + is 9 grams (about 2 teaspoons) with 12-16 fl oz of cold water.

@Team_Optimum Just picked this up. Tastes great, only one problem. Once again, for the 2nd time, yall forgot to put a scoop in your product. Is it really that hard to do? And before you try and insult my intelligence, yes, I poured it all out into a container, no scoop.

Very disappointed with @Team_Optimum recently ordered a whey protein and received the product with the authentication barcode already scratched. This clearly raises concerns that the product may have been tampered with before delivery. I cannot accept a product in such condition

@rickybobbyatx Due to powder settling over time, we recommend checking the bottom of the container in case the scooper has settled.

Gotta love it when you spend $70 on a tub of protein, only for them not to put the scooper in it…🙄🙄🙄 What say you @Team_Optimum? lol

@stunlokked Sometimes, you can turn the tub upside down with the lid tightly sealed and gently shake it to help the scoop move toward the container's opening.

@Team_Optimum is there a trick for getting the scoop out of the bottom of a new whey protein container ?
