It was an incredible challenge, but the best thing that I've ever been involved in. My incredible team mates (@Mrsrachmitchey @JamieLBurton & @ouphysicsox) are now friends for life, we absolutely smashed it! The icing on the cake was that we won our category, Launch Vehicle 1km

We hit an altitude of 937m, an extremely windy day meant we had to launch at an angle to account for it. So thats an incredible result. And our tech on board worked for the entire flight! 💻 We’re so excited to see what's in store for team RIAS, this isnt the end! 🚀 2/2

We won the Mach-22 rocket competition 🤩🎉🚀 Gutted I couldn’t be there as it was my son’s last week of GCSEs & prom but I’m so proud of @team_rias we worked so hard for this! 7 months ago we knew nothing about building rockets… proof you can do anything with the right support!
