The reason there's a black market is people can buy kits on Starlink's website on credit and just resell them for what seems to be a hefty discount, when it reality their selling a kit bonded to a repayment. A lot of people are getting dupped and scammed by these dealers as they realize they need to pay more each month and don't really 'own' the kit as it's preregistered to the original buyer's account. This is obviously unfavorable to official dealers who are saddled with fixed running costs from taxes to rentals, wages, licenses etc, all which a guy selling from his car or home doesn't incur.

@matigary In most cases the guys who get to do the Job need to be managed by a person who understand them ,you take them directly they will give you a hard time ,even steal from you.

I hired a general hand to do some manual landscaping tasks on a property I own. We agreed on a price. I left. When I came back to check on progress, I realised that he wasn’t doing the work himself. Instead, he hired two guys to do the work for him, so I paid him to hire some guys that he then paid. Akaisa zino, as they say. I feel uncomfortable with what he did. I feel it’s not right. Anyway, I later got the contacts of the two guys who did the actual work. Going forward I will just give them the assignments. I respect the guys who do the actual work, not some smart Alec trying to be an intermediary.
