Fun fact about my daily mirror selfies. It's my accountability. I do them because getting dressed is my reset button. Working from home, weekends, low days, doesn't matter. If I get dressed, my brain believes the day is real. And if I post it, I've shown up twice! Yay me! What are your steps for accountability?

your value would be easier to prove when you've tasted it – yourself. look, there's a reason why we build our personal brands. no! it's not for resume or pow purposes – alone. but for compounded experiences. a person who's built their account from: 0 — well known voice has experiences a $1000 course can't tell a newbie. this is the importance of firsthand experiences. and it's why the struggle you face when learning and implementing is inevitable. said all of this to let you know that you should make yourself your first Labrat. the strategies and tips you post about, make sure you test them and see the result for yourself. if you're a writer? don't stop at writing. observe what works best from your own personal content.

so yeah, something interesting just happened i just got down from my cab, and a guy who sells belts walked up to me and stretched what he was selling towards me immediately, in my mind, i was like “if i even wanted to get this belt, where am i going to put it on?” because at that point i was clearly wearing a jalabiya and there’s no way i could wrap a belt around my waist like that to cut the long story short, i simply told him “don’t worry” then walked away that’s why it’s so important to meet your customers where they are, not where you want them to be you need to figure out - where they are at that particular moment - what situation they’re currently in - what they’re actively tryna solve then take a product they actually care about and meet them there because that’s what really determines whether what you’re bringing to them will make sense or not linking it back to what happened, i was literally wearing a jalabiya and it was very obvious there was no space for a belt, no use for it, no reason for me to even consider it so even without deep thinking or analysis, it was already clear that i was not the right person for that product at that moment it didn’t require strategy to see it, it just required awareness but instead, the product was still pushed to me, and in that situation, it automatically lost its relevance imagine if it was someone who didn’t have a belt, someone struggling with their trousers, someone who clearly looked like they needed one, or someone who wore trousers and might prolly need one and he presented that same belt to that person, they would see a reason to buy it because that’s exactly what they need but instead he brought something that mattered to a customer that didn’t care about it in that moment was the belt something people actually need? yes did i need it then? no so yeah, i believe you get the gist

Building without an audience is the fastest way to kill your own project. Most Web3 founders don’t fail at launch. They fail long before anyone even knows they exist. You can. ➙build a solid product ➙design strong tokenomics ➙even raise funds …and still get ignored. Why? Because no one is watching. No audience → no attention No attention → no traction No traction → dead project This is where most founders get it wrong. They focus on: ◈ Smart contracts ◈ Website ◈ Token launch But ignore the ONE thing that actually drives success: Narrative + Content + Community You don’t launch first. You build attention first. Here’s what should happen BEFORE launch. ➥ Define a clear narrative    (Why should anyone care?) ➥ Build in public    (Let people follow the journey) ➥ Create consistent content    (Not random posting → strategy) ➥ Turn followers into believers Because when it’s time to launch… You’re not begging for attention, you already own it. That’s what I do. I help Web3 founders: ➥ Structure their content ➥ Build audience before launch ➥ Turn ideas into attention Call it content strategy. Call it positioning. Call it whatever you want. But without it? Your project is just another silent launch. I'm Victoria. I help brands and project turn attention into demand using content & strategy If your project is still invisible, you already know what’s missing.

going with the feedback, let’s dive in.. {how to be a creator}, start before you feel ready. readiness is one of the most convincing illusions, because it feels responsible to wait until you’re more certain, more skilled, more confident, but most of that clarity only arrives after you’ve taken action, not before. waiting often looks like preparation on the surface, but underneath it can quietly become avoidance, keeping your ideas safe in your head where they can’t be tested, shaped, or improved. starting early means your first attempts will be rough, sometimes unclear, sometimes uncomfortable, but that friction is where your voice begins to form and your instincts start to sharpen. you don’t find direction by thinking about it endlessly, you find it by moving, adjusting, and learning in public, one imperfect step at a time. this part of the series is for those ready to begin, even if it doesn’t feel perfect yet. we’ll meet again, stay jiggy. 🍷

hey hoomaaansss, i’d like to announce that we’ve finally wrapped up the “as a creator” series. now, we’re moving on to something new… “how to be a creator.” but before i dive into that, i want to ask, would you guys love a series on that? i’ve seen the feedback so far, and i’m really glad it resonated with a lot of you. it tells me i’ve been speaking to things people have been confused about, and i genuinely love that i could bring some clarity as a creator. if there’s anything you think i should still add to the “as a creator” series before we fully move on, please drop it in the comments. if not… we step into “how to be a creator.” what do you guys think? we’ll meet again. stay jiggy 🍷
