@MusoGwezi @MishMugadza My posts are supposed to be informative and also promote public accountability. We are a transparent Government.

MUTASA
Hon @MishMugadza , commissioned the Premier South Footbridge in Mutasa . Valued at USD 70,000, the structure addresses critical safety and connectivity needs for a community near an active mining site.
During the event, the Minister announced that the next infrastructure projects in the constituency will be footbridges at Tsvingwe and Nyakukwarara, the latter being a known challenge during the rainy season. This aligns with his stated vision that Manicaland is "on a good development trajectory" with multiple projects aimed at improving service delivery .
The opening sparked a dialogue about the scale of development. While some praised the improved access, Senator Chief James Mutasa and other residents voiced serious concerns. Chief Mutasa argued that standard vehicle bridges are needed to support economic activity and heavy loads, questioning the utility of footbridges alone. He warned that elected officials must deliver more substantial development, linking it directly to public support.

Things I've learned in 2025:
KwaXhosa is a settler colony. Most ppl who identify as Xhosa are not Xhosa ppl, but belong to different tribes that settled in that region.
The Shangane & Ndebele people are "Zulu" people who settled elsewhere, due to their leaders. SoShangane & Mzilikazi were Shaka's military generals who were sent on missions & disobeyed him.
The Xitsonga people are split into 2 groups: Shangaan & Tsonga.
AmaNdebele were split by colonial borders, with some falling into Zimbabwe & some into South Africa... but they are all one family.
Khoi San is more complicated than we were taught, and these indigenous South Africans are split into more tribes than just Khoe & San. There are Griqua, Korana, Namaqua, Gonaqua & others.
The Apartheid govt shoved everyone who was not Black, White or Indian... into "Coloured", erroneously so.
Not all Coloureds are from the mixing of races. Some are South Asian, some are indigenous African (like the Khoi San). Many of them have no White ancestry.
KwaZulu Coloureds were born of a British & Zulu mix. They speak English, not Afrikaans.
Coloureds in SA include ancestry from Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Angola, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Madagascar, Philippines, Spain, India, Holland, Germany, England, Scotland, France & other countries.
The Zulu kingdom is just over 200 years old. It is a colonial state, with Shaka of the smaller Zulu clan, forcing other clans to join the Zulus into building a consolidated kingdom.
The BaPedi are split into different groups, with different languages. Just as many so-called Xhosa people also have their own languages that neither Xhosa nor any of the other official languages.
The Colonial government split the provinces into tribal groups for ease of management, without actually understanding the different tribes within the groups.
Moshoeshoe (Lepoqo) was a self-appointed king & founder of the BaSotho kingdom of the mountains. He belonged to the Bakoena clan.
The BaSotho have a French influence in their written language & their dress-code.
Many of the South African Christian church groups wear uniform that mimic different military uniforms of the United Kingdom.
The Zulu Kings bow down to the Anglican Church, as they are British subjects & serve the British crown. Hence, being ordained by the Anglican bishop & dressing in British royal attire.
There is still so much that we don't understand about the history of the BaNtu people, the KaLanga people, the Nguni/Ngoni people, the Khwe people, & how they were disrupted by colonial forces.
I'll end here. 🙏🏽

When a woman starts to cheat on you, you'd notice it in her attitudes—she can’t hide it.
You'd notice it when you talk to her on the phone—she's eager to end the call. Unlike prior when she complained you don't call enough. That you are selfish with time.
You'd notice that she's always irritable when you are around, as if you're a pain in the neck. (And you are.)
Sometimes, you'd call her on the phone & she won't pick up the phone or call you back until maybe you text later & she won't apologise for missing your calls.
She'd also start delaying your chats. Before she held you in high esteem, so she replied ASAP. But now it's a whole new ball game. You're worth shit to her.
Another texting sign is one-word replies. Ladies love being super expressive on the chat with men they love. So as her texts get shorter with you, they get longer with another.
Also, she starts telling you Goodnight by 9pm. This is big telltale sign because she now gives another her night, your night.
She'd also start denying you sex. Telling you that she's tired, without valid alibis for that. (Few exceptions may be wives—but you can always watch out for the other signs)
She'd also start checking your phone more often to know if you are cheating on her so as to justify her actions of cheating on you—watch out!
She'd start entertaining some weird calls in your presence. (Watch her facial expressions, even if you can't hear what they are saying—she'll show signs of being uncomfortable with the call)
Also, she would start putting her phone on silent whenever she's around you.
The bottomline is,
The signs are always right there on the wall. You'd feel it within yourself that something is amiss. The only issue is that you may not want to admit she's cheating on you. It's a big L to take.
So you'd begin to make excuses for her: that maybe she's talking to some colleagues. That she may be too stressed from work or whatever crap that makes you comfortable.
BUT make no mistakes about it:
Women are creatures of attention, validation. If she's not being vulnerable in seeking these things from you & acting somewhat independent of you, then know she's getting them somewhere.
Accept the truth!
Women are loyal like dogs
And when your dog starts barking at you & starts treating you like a stranger, then someone else is feeding it.
Be WISE!

WINTER WARNING
As the cold weather continues, let’s be aware of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning.
A mother and daughter in Mutoko, Maita and Loveness Gambara, lost their lives after using a charcoal heater in a poorly ventilated room. They were buried last weekend. Let's consider our safety in our efforts to stay warm. Let’s ensure there is proper ventilation when using heaters and please note that using charcoal indoors if it has to be done then, a lot caution has to be exercised. Stay warm, stay safe! #CarbonMonoxideAwareness

@advocatemahere @nickmangwana The problem is that as zimbabweans we have now developed a culture of fighting the government even if they do us right, remember they could have chowed the money, if $5 Billion can be stolen what more of $88 mil, lets be grateful for this huge achievement.
English

🔸Dear @nickmangwana,
The interchange is riddled with basic engineering and construction defects that any lay person can pick up. What are you defending exactly? Below is a snippet of what we say is wrong. What is your defence to such incompetence? Was any inspection work done? Was Govt happy to pay the overpriced US$88 million for such incompetence? You should be the most concerned with the patent defects but you seem to be cheerleading obvious failure. It’s a mess.
We need new leaders.🇿🇼

LUPANE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL UPDATE
The Lupane Provincial Hospital construction is ongoing, with significant progress observed. Thirteen buildings have been fully roofed, including the outpatient department, pharmacy, doctors' accommodation, casualty unit, central stores, administration block, maternity ward, kitchen, and laundry. Two more buildings are currently being roofed, while eight others, including the surgical, theater, labor, and antenatal wards, still require roofing. This project, previously stalled, is now being pushed forward by the Second Republic.
