@DigitalBlkHippy How does removing yourself after the interview work? It’s never been presented as an option to me, so I’m curious. Doesn’t that automatically count as a “No” vote?

I’ve removed myself from interview panels because I’ve feared my bias would sink into the decision based things the candidates shared. But I don't hear other mangers talk about this doing this. Why not?

As much as I'm not happy about what / how elon musk behaves, and I wouldn't buy a tesla right now - I gotta admit the fact that I ordered a bike rack and trailer hitch in the tesla app, and then booked my service appointment all in the app was smooth like butter.
