Not sure if this is a popular take but I think it's rude on a plane for two people to book middle seats and then guilt-finesse the person with the aisle / window into trading so they can sit together.

@teddybrewski_ yeah I dug into it a bit more and the irony is that what I experienced seemed to be related to hyperventilation. fight or flight > just breathe > lowered CO2 levels in bloodstream > physiological effects start kicking in > fight or flight > round 2 it was a bit counterintuitive

never experienced an anxiety attack before today. had one just earlier and genuinely thought I was going to die. I’ve never had the proper amount of empathy when people spoke about them. absolutely terrifying experience. I’m feeling more stable now and it’s time to sleep.

@CloudNoneMusic Also, if the nervous energy starts peaking, do something physical like jumping jacks, pushups, squats, or running around the block. There was a year or so period where I had to do that before every show. It still helps calm nerves but the breathing is the true remedy.
