@offbeatorbit I know it's downstream of British kettles being more powerful than US ones, but we just don't have as many uses for it. It's not more efficient than heating up water on the stove. And yet most US tea/coffee drinkers still have one!

We have just about everything here lol, it’s just not as common to see in peoples houses. But they’re very easy to obtain. I have one, it does what it needs to do.
