* Every 7 weeks, go on a long weekend out of town
* Every 7 months, go away for at least a week (without the kids!)

The 2-2-2 Marriage Rule is SO GOOD:
* Every 2 weeks, go out on a date.
* Every 2 months, go somewhere over night.
* Every 2 years, go away for a week.
These are a minimum, but stick to the "2's" and it will bless your marriage.
We tried hard to stick to this and it blessed us. It was VERY hard at times, but it was so worth it to keep us connected as husband/wife, and not just as mom/dad.
Regularly prioritizing your marriage over your children will bless you marriage AND your children.

Look, I have no idea who it is over at the CIA that is responsible for psychological operations but this Charlie Kirk one has failed miserably. Please just end it. There is no amount of our tax dollars that you can spend that can to convince us that Charlie was assassinated by a furry-trans named Tyler Robinson who was acting alone.
Do we really need to carry this nonsense into 2026?
Frankly, the entire operation was sloppy and the subsequent “you all have to pretend things makes sense because people are grieving” has lost its touch.
