I’m not in my best mental health right now. Life is so full of burdens and pressures that I no longer find my favourite things exciting. Lately, I haven’t asked for much. I woke up every day wanting and hoping to be okay.

The only cure to depression is to keep moving forward. Depression can't hit a moving target.

So . . . I love going down on guys. I love finding their favorite spots, how they like to be touched, how they want me to use my mouth. I was going down on a guy once, and his soft curses and little praises were music to my ears. But then he gently tugged on my hair to get my attention. And when I looked up at him, he said, “come here.” I moved closer to him, assuming he wanted to kiss. Let me tell you, the way he gripped the back of my neck and pulled me in? 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 I felt it throughout my whole body. I love knowing when I make my partner feel good, and I love the ways they let me know.

I have a friend who disappeared from the world for a while not out of anger, but alignment. She started praying differently, listening differently, moving differently. And the craziest part? The blessings met her in the quiet. She got a promotion she didn’t even apply for, healed from a heartbreak she never spoke about, and became the version of herself she used to only dream of. When God tells you to BE STILL, it’s because He’s about to shift everything.

the sky is the limit and i really mean it. there is nothing you cannot manifest. you're not just a person who experiences circumstances, you're god of your reality, you decide how things play out.
