The 2024/2025 Data Science Fellowship Program, DSFP 4.0, is officially coming to a close. In the last seven months, our fellows have been breaking boundaries, sharpening their skills, and using data to tackle social problems. All 40 Fellows have worked very hard to prove that data science is about creating meaningful impact and driving change. With this cohort, we’ve now trained a total of 150 Data Science fellows, a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. Over the years, the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Program (DSFP) holds feedback sessions after each phase of the program. These feedback sessions have helped the implementation team make the program better than the previous year. Feedback sessions create an open and collaborative environment where fellows can share their experiences, challenges, and suggestions, enabling us to continuously refine and enhance the program. This week, we held a feedback session with the fourth cohort of DSFP fellows after they concluded the first phase of the program. To help us improve on the final phase of the program and for subsequent cohorts, we gathered valuable insights on what worked well, areas for improvement, and innovative ideas to make the learning experience even more impactful.
