Ameen. My heart needs it the most now.🥺

I’m curious. How did you guys even get the job you’re doing ?

When I look back at my career in tech and data, every choice I made was because a woman showed me it was possible. Some I've met, some I've only known from afar. @ane_itodo was the first woman I met at @CoLab_kd. She held my hand, connected me with the right people, and handled a male-dominated space so gracefully. I met @Rassh_RAJ at a tech event, where she talked passionately about the drowsiness detection system she built and it was amazing to see. She has since become one of my closest friends and we've been building our lives and careers together ever since. @csdoctorsister gave me my first "yes" in tech, the opportunity that opened the way for every other thing. I'm forever grateful. @iamKierraD and I started as colleagues but our relationship has grown beyond work. Her ability to dream big and go after it continues to inspire me. @WindsCogley recommended me for the Generative AI in Data Analysis course, an opportunity I would not have ordinarily found. I do not take it for granted. @drc_ontheseen showed me what it looks like to have a strong work ethic, believe in yourself, and all you can achieve because of it. @ericastanley holds a high-level position yet is always willing to help out. Her knowledge in tech leadership, AI ethics and safety is something I genuinely admire. @Nyaradzo Bere has quietly pushed me to dream bigger. Working with her gave me the content creation skills I still implement today. @sjrobs82 reached out during a difficult moment and gifted me a course worth thousands of dollars just to keep me moving. That kindness has impacted me. @Kolokodess of @SheCodeAfrica gave me my first tech community with the right people, and the foundation that brought me here. @ireaderinokun gave me a Udacity Nanodegree scholarship when I needed it most and her team supported me through Kaduna bouts of insecurity until I finished. I'm grateful. @sharonibejih coordinated the Data Science community at @SheCodeAfrica and was always available when I came with questions. People told me I had big shoes to fill at CoLab because I shared a name with @joyajulz, lol! The one time I saw her, I was too starstruck to speak. I hope she knows her impact on me. @MercyMarkus was the reason I walked into @CoLab_kd. Seeing her wins, especially in hackathons, was so cool. @teemerhtafoki made my stay at ClickOn Kaduna very warm and comfortable. @thekatcopy taught me you can be a badass at your career and still be very feminine and classic. One doesn't have to give up for the other. @jessica_xls is one of the OG data content creators (IYKYK) and has never held back on sharing her knowledge with the community. @SiphuLangeni may not remember me, but I'll never forget her. I was stuck for days on a multicollinearity problem during my 100 Days of Python and she helped me solve it. I was a complete Twitter stranger but that random act of kindness gave me clarity. These women all inspire me! Thank you for supporting me and letting me know that my dreams are possible. Happy Women’s History Month 🎉

We published a new research article on @PIDSociety, the first framework for pediatric #HIV cure research. Drawing on work we do @PAVE_MDC, we examine why pediatric populations must be prioritized, and outline the unique ethical and practical challenges HIV cure research. #EndAIDS
