@stocktonsuzft Thank you for your feedback. -if visiting the centre in person a photo of the Blue Badge would suffice, clearly showing the badge number and expiry date. (as the badge needs to be left on display in the car) -if calling, the blue badge number and expiry date will be 1/3

@teesside_park Also I still don't know what the "ID page" of a blue badge is.

@teesside_park when leaving today, after parking in a disabled parking space I saw a large notice saying disabled badge people to register for longer time. It does not say where to register, or where to put car when doing so. Can it be done online. How long can I park for?

@stocktonsuzft fine. We are due to install further signage under the existing disabled bay signage in the coming weeks. Sadly the VMS message on the way out is limited to a small amount of characters so we are limited with the level of detail we can include. All of the information is 2/3

@stocktonsuzft available on the website. Just to clarify, not all Blue Badge holders need to register their vehicles, just those that wish to extend their stay beyond 4 hours. 3/3

@stocktonsuzft Yes, that's correct. As I say, you are welcome to call the office if walking there is difficult for you.

@teesside_park I have now found the very dark grey block called "management centre". Is that "Hello building"? many people are using a disabled parking place because they cannot walk far. I could not have walked there yesterday, the pain I was in, even if I knew I should an where it was.

@stocktonsuzft Here is our centre map to help you teessideshopping.co.uk/getting-here/a… The Hello building is the grey box in the top left of the map, next door to Sports Direct. It is very near to M&S.

@teesside_park I have no idea where those places are, I just go to the disabled spaces near M and S. There is no info on this that I see when I drive in. Looked on internet and it just says "hello building" which is not on a map. No info where I parked as to how long I could.

@NickBellwood Teesside Park are fully independent of the processes of Minster Baywatch. It will be Minster Baywatch that have made a decision on the appeal. Their decision is upheld by POPLA.

Thanks for messaging me, so are you confirming that Teeside Park team reviewed my appeal? Your comment regarding long term parking is misplaced, considering I was stuck in the TUI shop trying to get 3 seats together on a very busy flight. If my booking with TUI went smoothly I would not have been at Teeside Park as long. I find it astonishing that due to a problem I get fined and the appeal rejected. Has society lost common sense?

@NickBellwood Hello Nick, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch regarding your visit to Teesside Park. Our short stay car parks do have a maximum parking limit of 4 hours. There is signage in the car park to advise of this. Should you require longer than 4 hours, we have over 2000 1/3
