@Felpercathedral I have heard that The Dean of the Cathedral is not at all happy with this platform and is encouraging all followers to move to bluesky instead. Much nicer 😉and more in line with your principles. More people will come along too, "bums on seats" matters!

@stocktonsuzft Yes, that's correct. As I say, you are welcome to call the office if walking there is difficult for you.

@teesside_park when leaving today, after parking in a disabled parking space I saw a large notice saying disabled badge people to register for longer time. It does not say where to register, or where to put car when doing so. Can it be done online. How long can I park for?

@teesside_park shouldn't you say clearly for people where Hello building is, that you can phone, and that you have 4 hours to stay with no bother? Say at the actual disabled bay? I really panicked when I drove past a notice on the way out that said to me blue badge drivers need to register

"Why can't they stay in France?" Do you hear this a lot too? Next time you do, send them this video so they know there’s a better question to ask.

@teesside_park I have now found the very dark grey block called "management centre". Is that "Hello building"? many people are using a disabled parking place because they cannot walk far. I could not have walked there yesterday, the pain I was in, even if I knew I should an where it was.

@teesside_park How many steps to Hello building from car park when found? No idea what"ID page" of a blue badge is. Info in car park for someone driving in not visible, info on internet poor, not all disabled drivers have phone even if they know they should ring. Worrying when sign seen on exit

On 10 October, Channel 4's @BritishBakeOff: An Extra Slice unfortunately downplayed coeliac disease by implying that a gluten free diet was a choice rather than a medical necessity. We are deeply concerned about the remarks made by the presenters, which undermine the seriousness of coeliac disease. It is crucial for media platforms to engage in informed discussions about this serious autoimmune condition. We are actively following up with the producers of The Great British Bake Off: Extra Slice and encourage our community to do the same. You can read our open letter here, and we will share any responses we receive. In the meantime, we ask you to reach out to @Channel4 and request an on-air apology for the harmful portrayal of coeliac disease, and for them to engage with Coeliac UK to ensure accurate information is shared in the future. We aim to promote a better understanding of coeliac disease in mainstream media.

@RevRichardColes you will know the verse in the bible that says we are all different parts of the whole. Some can change tyres, some have other skills, and some of us wear our spare tyres

@CostaCoffee Can you please send to relevant dept to ask them to 1. provide gluten free treats at all outlets. Does not have to be many &can be prewrapped so long dated. 2. until then provide something like a free drink for those who have to be gluten free for medical reasons. @Coeliac_UK

Not impressed with these messages from @CostaCoffee "Don’t forget… Your Treat Drop is ready and waiting in your app..." I could have done with it after hospital visit at N Tees Hospital Stockton, but told they have nothing that is Gluten Free. Staff apologetic, but why send?

Hi @BritishBakeOff on @Channel4 these programmes are excellent to watch, love them, and they have a big following. All the more reason to ensure what is actually wrong medical advice is not given, saying that it is OK for people who are Coeliac to have ordinary bread.@Coeliac_UK
