I thought Cirro was the surname or a middle name or something of the president of Somaliland, but no: Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi is called "Cirro" because it is a nickname he acquired during his youth. In Somali, cirro translates to "grey hair" or "white hair", and he was given the moniker because he had patches of grey hair at a notably young age. Today, the nickname is so well-known that it is universally used in political and public life, and he frequently incorporates it into his official name. Somaliland is a nice country.

If a poll shows 99% it is very likely to be false, people may conceal dissent or apostasy if they fear social hostility.
