@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir not son, daughter. I don’t mind policy and following it, but the insults were terrible. It could have easily been handled in a different way. You shouldn’t chastise someone for not understanding something in which wasn’t applied previously in their experience.

SouthwestAir ...which he says we need a special ticket. he insults us and our friend then my wife along with my 10yr old break down in tears. It’s not till people in the line notice and he rushes us on board the plane... #downsyndrome #awareness
