@atherenergy booking from website not reflecting at dealer end and I see people taking delivery of exact model in a day and some of them in 3 weeks and I am waiting since 8weeks.

@atherenergy As I checked with every dealer in Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamilnadu... Rizta base model is not available yet and there is a gossip that company is focus on high profitable models manufacturing. An official statement on timelines from booking can clear that.

@AskSeagate i have been waiting since two months for replacement against recovery service disposal where drive (in-warranty) was disposed of by Seagate and still every RMA wants me to send a physical drive for replacement . Where i feel their system upgrades were so messed up after Aug1 2023

@AskSeagate I send a failed (in Warranty) drive for recovery by using your rescue service . Where recovery was successful and my drive was disposed at Seagate recovery lab. None of your agents are unable to successfully raise a replacement request for me.
