GAP between Wipro Spot and Wipro Jun futures is widening. Cash prices are not ready to come down. Futures are not ready to go up infact they are going further down. CE prices have no option but to follow Futures. Short sellers don't know what kind of heavy risk they have taken

@tarunvermaalpha I had a thought that june futures have arbitrage. 15% discount to current price. Where usually futuresa re trading at premium. Despite having a buyback still the difference is substantial.

Stock is below 200-day MA, it's in a downtrend as of today. It will take many weeks & months before it absorbs the overhead supply. Currently trading 57% from its ATH. Every time it will move up, the investors who are stuck into the stock they will start selling and it will be hard for the price to move up. So, it needs many months of consolidation to absorb that supply. At the moment, you should be looking at clear up trending price structures. As per my system, I would not be interested in such stocks. Not a buy/sell recommendation
