We are now a family of 1,20,000 on Twitter, Seems like a long Journey indeed 🙌 Recently I got many complaints regarding FAKE accounts of my name on Various Social Media Platforms. Dear Friends, Whenever You come to any such account, Just report them. Presently I'm Active only on Two Platforms, First is the Twitter (X) and second is on whatsapp channel Those who don't know about whatsapp channel, here is the link whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb… I also came to know that some of the FAKE handles ask for money too for providing TIPS. I have said many times in past and repeating again that Stock Market gives me enough return that I never required to earn from my followers. Neither I have taken a single rupee from my followers in past, neither I'll take in future

Once there was a very famous warrior known for his extraordinary skills to win the battles with limited ARMY There came a time when he came to know that a troop of enemy country with 40,000 soldiers has attacked his nation He at that time had just 10,000 soldiers and the enemy army was also very strong He asked his armourer to bring his red dress, goes to the battlefield, fights bravely and ultimately wins the battle Everyone praises him & one of his new soldier asked ‘Sir, Why did you changed your dress to red before going to battle?’ He replied ‘I did so that even I get injured, none of my soldiers gets panicked by seeing my blood and keep fighting with bravery’ Time passed and there came a trouble, This time army of 5,00,000 soldiers attacked his nation while he has only 20,000 soldiers. He called his armoured and ordered him to give YELLOW dress before going to battle For stock market investors, Red dress was enough till yesterday😂

Innovision Limited IPO to list on Monday, 23 March amid worst Primary & Secondary Market sentiments I was expecting it to list with 20% discount and it has already done that, 5% price reduced & 15% discount in unlisted market Let’s hope it doesn’t lists as bad as I expect else sentiments will further deteriorate

Innovision Limited IPO opened today, Yesterday it was Rajputana with 10% QIB & today INNOVISION with 1% QIB Retail being 65% and HNI 34% itself makes it a recipe of disaster listing Another interesting thing I noted is that in DRHP filed in December 2024, QIB was 75%, Now 1% I may be wrong but I seriously think that 320 crore IPO with just 1% QIB may list with 20% discount or more, What listing do you expect??

Innovision Limited IPO closing today and lot has happened in this IPO, Date Extended, Price reduced & many more Issue was extended from 12 March to 17 March & price reduced from 546 to 519 For me it’s always an AVOID though will be interesting to see the listing

Nifty got triggered by knowing that people are assuming it to be so predictable So, on Friday it dropped by 500 Points, Today Nifty up by 250 Points followed by GIFT NIFTY up by 200 Now reverse trend has almost started or it’s too early to say!!

Yesterday noon I got a call from my friend whose brother in law (JIJAJI) has a private company’s petrol pump He said ‘There has been an instruction from company to distribute Diesel & petrol only in necessary vehicles and no sale to others’ He immediately went to petrol pump and made tank of his Car full assuming there can be 10 to 15% rise in Diesel & Petrol in 24 hours. There was a rise of 10 to 15% after that but not in Diesel or Petrol but in CRUDE OIL Conclusion : We all get various news in Stock Market but we rarely conclude it in the same way as market

Till now record for highest merchant bankers appointment is for ICICI PRU AMC IPO - 18 LMs Now NSE has appointed 20 Merchant Bankers for it’s upcoming IPO This IPO is expected to make many records and one has been made just with filing of the DRHP 👍🏼
