ADC has still not learnt from the Dr Mo situation
Aisha Yesufu is from Auchi in Edo State!
Why is she opting to contest for a Senatorial seat in the FCT?? Leaving the senatorial seat in Edo North for who??
She neither has a political base in the FCT, nor a strong connection with the indigenes
I wish her the best in the election, however I do not need to be a soothsayer to know that she will not get support from the Gbagyi’s

@patrickanum This is the only place I’ve seen this poster, but even in her page
English

@General_Somto So now ADC has sacked Ireti allegedly, so she doesn't have right to contest in the next election by joining another party?very soon politicians way of fighting opposition will be instigating their sack, knowing fully well that they can't move to another party,if this is accepted

@truehostcloud one of my emails was suspended and resolving it has been an issue as all I have is your AI bot
English

@akintollgate Surely you know very little about FCT politics, especially at this moment.

@harkinkunmi88 @ARISEtv Osinbajo doesn't have a PhD. Back then, they could get there by publications, etc., but I guess the nominee is a professor of practice (a designation that a university confers on a professional to teach students from a professional point of view)

President Tinubu Nominates Oyedele As Minister of State for Finance
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has nominated Mr Taiwo Oyedele as the minister of state for finance, replacing Dr Doris Anite-Uzoka.
Anite-Uzoka will now move to the Ministry of Budget and National Planning, as the Minister of State, her third portfolio in the administration.
President Tinubu has today conveyed the nomination of Oyedele to the Senate for confirmation in a letter to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.
Until President Tinubu nominated him as a minister, Oyedele from Ikaram, Akoko, Ondo State, was the chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms, which overhauled Nigeria’s tax system.
Oyedele, 50, is an economist, accountant and public policy expert.
He attended Yaba College of Technology, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in accountancy and finance. He attended Oxford Brookes University and earned a BSc in applied accounting.
He also completed executive education programmes at the London School of Economics, Yale University, the Gordon Institute of Business Science, and the Harvard Kennedy School.
Oyedele spent 22 years of his working career at PwC, joining in 2001 and rising to become the Fiscal Policy Partner and Africa Tax Leader.
Oyedele is also a professor at Babcock University in Ogun State and a visiting scholar at the Lagos Business School.

This young man, Ayo, CEO of Mattech Arto Limited, has a story worth telling.
Last year, as we were rounding up the house project, I started requesting quotes for painting. I must have interacted with about five companies. Then I began seeing Mattech’s painting work on my Instagram timeline. One day, I even Googled painting works, and Mattech came up.
So, I contacted their email, sent my brief, and later he chatted with me. The first thing I noticed about him, unlike others who always insisted on coming for physical inspection first, was that he asked me: “Is your architectural drawing true to what was built in terms of style and dimension?” I said yes, and he then requested my architectural drawing.
After reviewing the drawing, he asked me to send a video of how the screening was done, and then he prepared the costing.
His quote wasn’t just affordable; it was also very detailed. You could see the materials needed, their purpose, and where they would be used. A layman could understand everything. He would write the professional name and, in brackets, the common name for each item.
His painting volumes were divided by the square meters of the areas to be painted. The level of detail was impressive. I knew immediately that this was the person I wanted for the job.
I decided to ask for documentation and a guarantor. At first, he hesitated to send his details like government-issued ID and other documents I requested before commissioning the job. After waiting for days, I pressed him again, and he finally sent them. The first thing that caught my attention was his age, born in 2003, meaning he was barely 22.
I was shocked. I said, “I’m asking for the CEO’s details, the company owner, not some staff or apprentice.” He replied, “It’s me. I am the owner of the company.”
I was taken aback. I ran to his Instagram page and saw the volume and quality of work he had done. I asked, “Did you do all the work on your page, or did you steal people’s images?” He showed me contracts executed, even for hotels in Ibadan, and photos of himself supervising each project. I ran the images through AI tools, they weren’t fake.
It took me another week or two to commission him because I was skeptical that a 22-year-old could handle such a job.
He then explained that he attended technical school for secondary education, specializing in painting, and art. Since age 12, he had been painting seriously and doing artwork. After secondary school, he registered his company at 18 and has been painting professionally for the past four years.
I decided to take the risk and give him the job. The first major surprise came on the day they resumed work. He showed up with his staff, about six men who had just finished a project in Gbagada. None of them was less than 27 years old from my assessmsnt. These grown men were working under this 22-year-old!
I watched closely. He did the mixing of colors. For the grey shade I wanted for outdoor, he gave me three options. Since I couldn’t decide, he painted one side of the wall with each shade. Finally, with the help of Esther, our design queen, we chose the perfect shade, and he went to work.
While his team worked, he suggested artwork we could implement in certain areas. I agreed, paid extra, and he executed them beautifully.
He was the only contractor who completed his job without any problems, no stress, no complaints, no lies. He was professional all through.
Every time I remember Ayo, my heart is full of joy, seeing such a young man doing so well. This “small boy” you see is already a millionaire. If you see the places and contracts he handles, you’d be amazed. I am truly happy for him.
His contact on WhatsApp and phone is: +234 805 092 0193.

It’s sad that some people have only bitter things to say about this. She mentioned that she works too and obviously her schedule won’t allow her to do the things he does. She’s obviously at work at day and him at night. Say all you want,he lives his family and they appreciate him
Oyindamola🙄@dammiedammie35
She decided to do this to thank her husband for always being there for them, working 5 nights in a week, taking the children to school in the morning, goes to pick them up in the afternoon, showers and dresses them up too everyday 🥹🧎🏻♂️➡️❤️

@RossMic22316489 @AdcNews_ You appreciate people with private property and not “public” offices or assets. I am not against his choice of an IGP but more interested in intent and the systems we create.
There is no clause in the constitution that supports your assumption
English

@AdcNews_ Politics has consequences
This is a propaganda hit piece...but let me indulge you....what do you expect?
You wanted Tinubu to appoint an Ibo man? The people who didn't vote for him?
It doesn't work like that...he has to appreciate those that voted for him first... before....
English

@daylearny Leave Abuja out of your theory or agenda.
Hate isn't one of the things that is propagated here.
English

@tekh_mo I've been a resident of Abuja for the past 10 years and I voted, my polling unit is Arab Road, Kubwa.
English

@femiadebimpe Folashade Bent represented a place in Adamawa State. FCT isn’t a state, and the laws around it allow people who have stayed for a number of years to contest, it has always been normal in Abuja
English

Outside of the states in the South Western parts of Nigeria, Yoruba people - no matter how long they have lived in a place outside their region are content with just being citizens & not seeking political office in a place they are not indigenous to.

@Michael_Adeiza_ @Sure5_odd @tosino52 What do you call the local level? Garki, Wuse, Asokoro are some people's local level, and guess what? They are not villages, most people there are from everywhere. FCT runs differently.
English

@Sure5_odd @tosino52 Even at the very local level?? U guys are just thieves! If you like politics so much you guys should go to your states na! Nawa o
English

@tosino52 @Pressman2040 So FCT is very different from other states. AMAC is mostly urban, and most people there aren't even originally indigenous. The first time an FCT "indigene" became a permanent secretary is barely 10 years ago and I'm not sure there has been any other after him.
English

@Maga_Yila @HEISOKOROCHA @tosino52 Tell me the Minister who has been from North Central? Assumptions are bad.
English

@HEISOKOROCHA @tosino52 Yes! Mostly from North Central.
English

@fattylincorn_01 Youbthink FCT is a state where power vote for rice and oil? I can tell people that don’t stay in the FCT. And it’s “loss” not “lose”.
