In the Islamic Republic of Iran, public executions are routine, but a woman’s hair is forbidden. Under the regime’s gender apartheid, women are banned from singing, dancing, studying, working, or even receiving medical care without permission from their male “owner.” Is this the “culture” the West keeps defending?
