@RobJLow Oooh, ouch. I much prefer running on grass and mud, and both my feet and knees agree with me.

If you feel compelled to go for a run, try not to fall. And if you do have to fall, I recommend doing it on grass rather than tarmac. Currently sporting less skin on my hands and knees than usual (but I managed to kind of roll through it, which reduced the damage).
