@xolondon I did some research on music consumer patterns back in the last century. One market pundit claimed that 'everyone stops buying music aged 27'. Not sure how that would stack up in 2022

@sdedition Honorable mention goes to “From Luxury To Heartache” by Culture Club. The title song did not appear on the album. It was the b-side to “God Thank You Woman”, the second single from the LP.

What's interesting about the new #SimpleMinds album is that the title track is only on the deluxe CD (one of two bonus songs). Is this a first?

@AlisonMoyet Maldon, Essex, circa 1968. Sister and me devised a foolproof plan to escape washing up. We sang earbendingly out of tune, at full volume, when faced with Sunday lunch detritus. Mum chased us out of the house -It worked for about 2 weeks. We still do it

@IanMartin I was volunteering on our community support helpline over summer. Literally the only thing people wanted to know was are the public toilets open. One woman told me they plan their day trips around access to 'facilities'.
