The MWC will own the PAC by the time this is all settled!! PAC definitely had no intention of paying 'poaching fees' when they signed the scheduling agreement, making her ruling on that something that should be appealed. The punitive damages will sink PAC! 😁

Don’t have to pay if it’s a voided contract. I think you should research those terms before posting. This is a contract vs antitrust case, which is why it is so complex. MWC: you had relationships and convinced teams to leave. They owe us poaching fees on top of exit fees. PAC: this is normal competition, nothing unlawful took place. Poaching fees is double dipping and are “illegal” or anti competitive
