@ahc I've been (feebly) leading an adult ed class in my church about peacemaking in the Middle East and the crisis in Gaza, using the @telosgroup model of pro-Israel, pro-Palestinian, and pro-peace (or pro, pro, pro, as they call it.) It has been a real paradigm shift for some.

All lasting conflicts are sustained by double victim narratives. Both sides marshal compelling evidence that they are the threatened minority. There is nothing more irresponsible than to be someone in public life who consistently fuels one side of a double victim narrative.
