I was able to finish cooking within 2 hours 30 minutes today.
Cooking all these food within that short period of time is actually amazing.
We still have a cooler of rice that was also prepared.

I have barely had time for myself since I started cooking in the restaurant. I wake up by 5:20am and get to work before 7:30am. Food has to be ready before 10. When I started in February, it used to take me over 4 hours to prepare all the meals. Now I’m always done in about 2 hours 30 minutes. Imagine cooking close to 12 different meals with different proteins in less than 2 hours 30 minutes. No sitting, no assistance. Just me, my AirPods, and full focus. It’s really stressful, but I think I’ve grown to enjoy it because of all the positive reviews coming in.
