The thing about Storm being on teams other than the X-Men is that it doesn't feel "natural" if she's not in the "leader" role... but yeah, to Marvel Comics putting her on more teams, even for a handful of issues. Keep rotating her on Avengers, GotG and FF teams every year.

Her joining the Avengers was a very good move. Storm is Marvel's premier heroine. She needs to be an evergreen hero, not just tied to the X-Men. Hell, put her back on the Fantastic Four. Have her join the Guardians of the Galaxy. Storm is what Marvel wants Wolverine to be, TBFH.
