Several days passed again no laptop back. I called them again. They told me they're still preparing a quote.

Then I called them and they said the keyboard's problem is not covered by warranty. So I said I would prefer getting my laptop back.

I sent my X61 machine back to Sydney thinkpad service centre. Several days passed I didn't get any response.
