@NJBeisner She is such a bitch….I can’t hold that in any longer. I’ve sat and watched this for months in disbelief. As a widow with 2 kids I can sympathize with Erika’s situation including being an executive returning to work 3 weeks after my husband tragically died in an accident.

@tradwifetoday My mom co-slept with me, I co-slept with both my babies, absolutely the best choice especially when breast feeding. My sister also co-slept with her 3 babies. I strongly believe in attachment parenting.

American women will stick a newborn in a crib across the house, hook up a speaker system, and sprint up and down the hallway several times a night. The co-sleeping Nordic brain cannot comprehend.

Obviously giving a tablet to a 4 year old is total madness. There is no upside for the child. It’s all downside. Parents do it for one reason and one reason only. To keep their kids quiet and docile so that they (the parents) can spend more time on their own devices.

This MRI study on young kids just exposed something terrifying: They scanned the brains of 60 children aged 3–5 — including 5-year-old Rose — and found interactive screen time is causing measurable loss of white matter in their developing brains. Even just 2 hours a day is linked to impaired neural connectivity, language, and literacy development. Professor Mike Nagel (neuroscientist and father) said his first reaction was simply: “Wow… I was not anticipating seeing anything like that.” We’re physically changing children’s brains before they even start school — and the damage is visible on scans. This one actually unsettled me. I’ve always suspected too much screen time was bad, but seeing real white matter loss in toddlers hits different. I am a senior coordinating producer for the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. I have worked eleven of these. I was backstage at the Washington Hilton when the shots were fired. The first thing I heard was not the gunfire. It was glass. A champagne flute hit the floor of the International Ballroom at approximately 9:47 PM. Then a second. Then the sound that I have since been told was a 12-gauge shotgun, which from inside the ballroom sounded like a heavy door slamming in a parking garage. Then the Secret Service moved. They moved the President, the Vice President, the First Lady through the east corridor in under ninety seconds, which is protocol, which is practiced, which is the one part of the evening that worked exactly as it was designed. Everything else was improvised. I know this because I ordered the wine. 94 tables. Two bottles per table. 188 bottles of a Willamette Valley pinot noir that the Association selected in February after a tasting committee spent three meetings debating between Oregon and Burgundy. I have never, in eleven years, seen a guest leave a $76 bottle on the table during an evacuation. I have also never seen a guest check the label first. Both observations are consistent. The bottle is worth taking. The evacuation is worth surviving. The instinct is to do both simultaneously. 188 bottles placed. 41 recovered. 147 unaccounted for. One agent shot. Zero guests injured.
