HERO
Matt Van Swol@mattvanswol

🚨#BREAKING: A Texas man is being hailed as a hero after he SCARED AWAY AND CHASED an attempted CHILD PREDATOR kidnapper... ...WHILE TOWING PORTA POTTIES in his work truck. His name is Cody Ratto, he saw a 15-year-old girl being beaten, he stopped, got out, helped her off the ground, and then chased the man in his work truck until he got his license plate number. Because of what he did, 28-year-old Carlos Alonso Cuevas Ruiz is now in jail. When asked whether he would step in again if he saw something like this happen, Ratto didn't hesitate. "Every day," he said. "This was a blessing from God to be in the right place," Ratto said. WHAT A HERO!!!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

@Timothy_ElderJr @CybrpnkDystopia @Soteriology101 You're in desperate need of contextual exegesis. And, why are tou arguing with me if I am not choosing my own beliefs? If God has determined all things, including my false beliefs, aren't you arguing in vain, and ultimately arguing with Him?

If Calvinism is true—that every person is born totally unable to believe the gospel, and that faith is only possible through God’s sovereign, supernatural regeneration that causes belief in the elect—then WHY was Jesus astonished at the Centurion’s exceptional faith (Matthew 8:10) and astonished at the unbelief of the people in His hometown (Mark 6:6)? A consistent Calvinist view renders Jesus’s astonishment inexplicable, since faith (or its absence) would simply be the inevitable outworking of God’s unconditional decree and effectual calling rather than something genuinely surprising or praiseworthy in response to human response!

@Timothy_ElderJr @Soteriology101 Your citations state that God is the only God, and that (in semantic context) He brings calamity. Nothing in there whatsoever saying that God is the author of moral evil. In fact, Scripture states the opposite. Try 1 John 1:5 Psalm 5:4 James 1:13 Habakkuk 1:13

Yes. God controls Satan. 100% of the time. That makes God all powerful all the time and He brags about it . Isa 45:5👉 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me:👈 ( .. ain't no other, sweet pea) I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: Isa 45:6 ( and forces you to know it to your face) 👉 That they may know👈 from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, 👉and create evil: I the LORD do all these👈 things. Down in free willerville all that fake protection of God's character that actually limits God is big voodoo, but it's all a lie . God says so. He has appointed you a liar and false prophet.

@Timothy_ElderJr @Soteriology101 If there is no free will and God determines all things, then ultimately, nothing is satanic. All things can and only do please God. In this case, God determined the person to believe they have free will. So, you are literally calling the work of God the work of Satan. Careful

Yet another satanic free willer question answered easily by the difference in knowledge between the members of the Trinity. Things God foreordained and knew as one part of the Trinity that another did or does not know: 1. The timing of the return of Christ Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of the heavens, but my Father alone. 2. Particular apostasy of Israel at certain times: Jer 19:4  because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place from me , and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah; and have filled this place with the blood of innocents; Jer 19:5  and they have built the high places of Baal, to burn their sons in the fire as burnt-offerings unto Baal, 👉which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it up into my mind: 👈 3. God given faith in Christ granted to certain gentiles: Mat 8:10  And when Jesus heard it, he wondered, and said to those who followed, Verily I say unto you, Not even in Israel have I found so great faith. 4. Instructions for the Holy Spirit for us: Jhn 16:13  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come The free willers always pretend Jesus is not God all the time but only when they think his being God benefits their heresy. But He is God all the time in Trinity.

@Tamamobae @LanceWade @LilaGraceRose I'm not comparing surrogacy to r*pe. I'm pointing out the flawed logic of not outlawing any way a child could be made based on the fact that all life is precious. Yes, all life is precious, but that doesn't mean that whatever way she was created should be legal.

@terryhollifield @LanceWade @LilaGraceRose Bit rough to compare surrogacy to rape. The biggest issue is that the men can just regret it and dump/kill the baby if they change their mind The baby and the woman needs protection. If you do this and it goes wrong, the woman should still receive the full pay, + the baby safe.

BREAKING: A same-sex couple is suing their surrogate for $600K after she refused to abort their baby at 22 weeks in Canada. Scans indicated the child had a cleft lip and a possible heart defect. The little boy was born healthy. That child is alive today not because of the men who purchased his life, but because the woman who carried him in her womb protected him. Children are not commodities. Ban surrogacy now.

@LilaGraceRose This is a tough one. Maybe not ban surrogacy because a new human life is a blessing regardless of how it was conceived. But maybe just ban the ability to sue or abort the baby?

@Tesla Same effect for me with TBI. My cognitive bandwidth is reduced, and I recently bought a Tesla for this same reason. FSD (Supervised) has been a great benefit for me already.

Why is it ‘cancelled’ in the U.K. but ‘canceled’ in the U.S.? Because we gave them that L in 1776.

Chelsea is a surrogate mother who gave birth to a baby on behalf of a wealthy couple. Then they abandoned the baby. Chelsea says she was left with the baby, and both parents refused to pay any money towards the little girl’s care. Chelsea managed to get by for a year raising the child herself. Then the parents came back. “The [couple is] back together after a year and they want their child. I love her so much, I can’t let her go. What should I do?” Surrogacy has turned into a “Handmaid’s Tale”-style epidemic, with less-fortunate women like Chelsea being hired by wealthy couples to have children for them. However, the women used as surrogates and the babies they carry are frequently treated not as human beings, but as commodities.

I'm blown away by the response to the Mary Sue shorts. Thank you to everyone who shared them. I never thought I'd get to make films again. I walked away from that dream a long time ago and made my peace with the fact that I'd never direct again. AI filmmaking has changed that. I've spent the last few weeks learning the @invideoOfficial platform and working with their Agent One workflow. For a while, I was trying to apply all the prompting tips and tricks I'd picked up elsewhere, doing that work myself. The first Mary Sue short was the first time I really trusted AgentOne to write the prompts itself. The response to the first one was strong, so I knew I had something people wanted to see. I spent the next day making the follow-up, and it was just a magical experience. It felt like directing a short film again. Let me give you a sense of how that actually works. I already had character sheets for Mary Sue and the Wizard, plus style references for the look, and the first short had nailed the tone I was after. I came up with the follow-up concept and wrote a script. Agent One had all of that in context, so I could use it to quickly spin up character sheets for her friend and the villain blocking the road. From there, it was mostly a matter of talking through the shots I needed. That's where Agent One works like a cinematographer. I'd talk through how I wanted a shot to look, the lighting, the mood, the same way I'd talk to a DP on set, and instead of setting up lights and cameras, it tracks the shots and writes the prompts that get the best out of the models. I don't need to know the ins and outs of prompting something like Seedance. I just direct performances, and it handles that part. The slates (rough edits) it created were a huge help, too. They let me see a rough working cut and how everything was cutting together before I took it into Final Cut for the real edit. Agent One keeps the whole thing organized with shot numbers, so every scene gets its own, 20.1, 20.2, and so on. I can pull up different takes of the same shot and reference them later. It just keeps everything straight. I still can't believe I'm getting to direct again, after giving up on it completely. I can't thank @invideoOfficial enough for building this and giving me the chance to make movies again.
