@FreeNow_UK I had a critical 4AM black cab booked for a flight and the taxi didn’t show up. The App said he was 8 minutes away. I called him, he told me the job had been cancelled. He was 4 miles away. There is something very wrong with the App.

@Urbanappuk and after that rubbish experience, the customer service guy said he would call me back. And send me an email. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Absolutely rubbish.

Just finished this panel - I urge you all to watch. Hearing the sadness, disbelief and disappointment from these international experts was sobering and powerful. As @ShutiChiou said, it's wrong to remove the ubmrella from people when it is still raining. In the UK it's pouring.
