@SimonSchfe45703 2000 calories/day whilst being physically active = a caloric deficit. I honestly can't make it any clearer.

Guys pretending that fight club Brad Pitt at 155lbs (70kg!) looks "unnatural" really need to touch grass and check their hormone levels

@SebMilbank Shorts are a hard act for a man to pull off. A classy pair of Ralph Lauren with a long sleeved plain t-shirt, polo shirt, shirt, could work depending on the shape of the man. Sport shorts should be reserved for the gym. Cargo shorts should be outlawed.

Men lack summer wardrobes - and (may god forgive me for saying it) insist on wearing shorts everywhere like they're 12 year old boys

@BubblyIan @Essex_Patriot The UK:
> No public energy companies
> Inefficient privatised national grid
> Over dependent on natural gas –– imports 50% - 63%
> England has 45 gas-fired power stations
> Extremely high electricity prices –– over reliance on gas
> Brexit –– deflation of £, increased import cost
English

High inflation was caused by the pointless war with Ukraine causing Russian sanctions, the determination to pursue uneconomic renewables instead of investing in more efficient ways of extracting coal, oil nd gas from our own resources, plus government policies to deliberately cause higher costs for businesses which get passed on a as higher prices plus increased government expenditure. All preventible. All bad decisions by consecutive governments.

@BubblyIan @Essex_Patriot The high inflation was caused by:
> The high price of gas
> Brexit
None of your suggestions will lower the inflation.

Blame multiple deliberately wrong decisions by governments for the last 30 years. Secure the borders, start mass deportations, scrap net zero and all other energy subsidies, drill baby drill, cut taxes and the size of government, Make Britain Great Again! Stop borrowing money to give to undeserving foreigners so scrap all foreign aid until the national debt has been cleared.

“So I love to eat and I love to train. So it was perfect for me. But not everybody can do that.”
Serge Nubret
Serge Nubret was extreme on volume, in both training and food intake.
He routinely did 20–40 sets per muscle and trained each muscle twice a week.
He focused on the pump, and mind-muscle connection, with short 30–60 second breaks between sets.
He didn't believe in overtraining.
His diet was crazy too.
He ate 6–8 lbs of horse meat a day and could devour 3 lbs in one sitting.
That’s over 600g of protein from meat alone…
Then add some eggs and milk, plus rice and beans.
That would put him at well over 6,000 kcal a day.
He never measured or weigh anything. He never used protein shakes.
And he didn't do any cardio for fat loss.
His extreme training volume took care of his body composition.
He adjusted his diet based on his body’s feedback.
His bodybuilding approach as a whole can be described as intuitive.
Serge Nubret is in my top five bodybuilders of all time.

@escapefrommelos All t-shirts look silly on grown adults outside of functional necessity. It doesn't make any difference what the logo, message, brand or material.

@LindyTasteful The Extraction movies were both really good action films. But yeah, apart from those, it's mostly just drivel.

Netflix has operated the largest production studio in the last 15 years (Grok estimates over $135B in expenditure)
and there is basically no cultural legacy with any of the output.
No enduring brands, no iconic films, all the content will just be forgotten in the ether.

@Damo96457158 @MichaelcShearer @ScottBurns75 Identifying players is one thing, getting them to come to Celtic is another.
English

@MichaelcShearer @ScottBurns75 If he has been involved in recruitment then he should be nowhere near the job. Whoever identified the players over the last few windows clearly doesn't have a clue. Honestly, you could get anyone out of the crowd that could identify better, available, affordable options than B4.
English

According to @ScottBurns75, Shaun Maloney is under serious consideration for a sporting director role at Celtic after helping deliver the domestic double alongside Martin O’Neill.
Maloney has reportedly been heavily involved in recruitment, coaching and tactical work this season.
If he moves upstairs permanently, it also raises fresh questions around O’Neill’s future.
