As much as Hyperliquid is absolutely killing it right now, without an incentive structure they WILL eventually be usurped by a competitor. This is an absolute certainty. HyperEVM has been underwhelming for the most part, and traders won't stick around forever no matter how good the product is. They will go wherever there's free money to be made. Right now the prospect of future points seasons is enough to keep them interested, with a 20B+ $HYPE reward pool you'd be stupid to trade anywhere else tbh, but Jeff & Co can only stay silent on that topic for so long before faith begins to wane. One way or another we need clarity. My guess is soon.
